Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton have called off their engagement, her rep tells Usmagazine.com.The two have been engaged since March 2006.

411LowDown: I was reading a “celebrities engaged the longest” article just the other day on MSN, and wouldn’t you know it, Ms. Sheridan and Mr. Bolton’s engagement was on the list. What a shocker!! Did anyone really think that this would go through, after they broke up from a previous relationship years ago? Nicollette and the gang of Desperate Housewives are headed in the tank and Bolton hasn’t done anything significant in years, so the relationship is no longer helping either of their careers. So what do they do? Break off the engagement. Great choice guys
