Eminem Storms Out of MTV Movie Awards

Hard to tell if the skit was staged or if Eminem really didn’t know “Bruno” was going to land on him.  Sacha Baron Cohen appeared to hit something in the rafters and then drop directly on Slim Shady.  Em’ was quick to get his bodyguards on the task of removing Cohen’s butt from his face.

Sacha Baron Cohen has angered another celeb.  At Sunday’s 2009 MTV Movie Awards, Cohen dressed up as his latest character, the flamboyantly gay Austrian Bruno, to present Best Male Performance.Dressed in white wings and feathers and suspended by cables, he flew around the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif., while making his introduction.”Let me down!” he then commanded. Pictures of the incident will likely haunt Eminem for the rest of his life.  The skit was hilarious, but there is a point where you go to far – and Cohen likely did that in this case.  If Eminem was in on it, then its cool, but that was dirty pool my friend.

Eminem Divorces Wife (again)

News has come out that Eminem has divorced his wife Kim yet again. After re-marrying her again in January, Marshall served her w/ papers this week. They apparently haven’t been talking to each other lately (6 weeks?) – that’s a relationship, come on…

In a statement released Thursday afternoon through his publicist, Eminem said: “The details surrounding both my marriage and subsequent filing for divorce are private, and I had hoped to keep them that way for the sake of my family. However, a few of Kim’s statements in a radio interview this morning need to be addressed.

First, her allegations regarding my status post-rehab are both untrue and unfortunate. Second, she was aware that I was filing for divorce. We both tried to give our marriage another chance and quickly realized that a wedding doesn’t fix the underlying problems.” – Jim Irwin, AP Read more…

It sounds like a simple war of words by both parties… While I don’t discount Kim’s statements to the radio show, I think she’s motivated by other factors (think $$) and she’s trying to bad mouth him to keep herself looking respectable.

The whole situation is unfortunate, but both of their dumb asses should’ve stayed away from each other in the first place.
