Miller, tells Usmagazine.com.The New York Post reported Monday that Olsen, 22, is refusing to talk to federal investigators about Ledger’s death until she is granted immunity from prosecution.

    Immunity from prosecution? Sounds like an admission of guilt to me.  Is it unreasonable to think that Mary-Kate and Heath Ledger did drugs together?  While Mary-Kate may not have been at Heath’s place when he died, it’s quite odd to hear that she’s refusing to testify to federal investigators.  If she has nothing to hide, then why seek immunity?  Doesn’t make sense…
