This is seriously a total fu** up job by the police in Dallas, after pulling Snoop Dogg’s tour bus over for expired registration. Two people were arrested, but not the infamous pot smoking rapper -”it ain’t mine dogg”. Guess it pays to have homies that will take the fall for you and hold all your weed. For real though… shouldn’t they be arresting everyone on the bus and/or give them some kind of drug test?
Two people were arrested for possession of marijuana after Snoop Dogg’s tour bus was pulled over outside of Dallas on Thursday, according to the Associated Press. The rapper, 36, was not arrested. Last year, he was busted on suspicion of transporting marijuana in California. Dogg’s bus was pulled over for an expired registration sticker. Officers searched the… Read the full story at USmagazine.com
Another instance, in my opinion, of a loophole in the laws. If Snoop was on the bus, then you know the weed was his – why was he not arrested or charged. All you have to do is listen to any interview he does or hear about other co-stars on his movies going to “his separate” trailer, which is always filled w/ pot smoke. Granted, there is a “slim possibility” that the Doggfather is innocent and the drugs were not us, but give me a break.

Shortly after taping the Jay Leno Show on Tuesday, rapper Snoop Dogg (Calvin Broadus) was arrested by police for a variety of charges, including: felony drug and weapons charges. Snoop posted his $60,000 bond and is out of jail for the time being.
A handgun and some illegal drugs were found in the vehicle that Snoop Dogg and his bodyguards were driving in following the show taping. He also reportedly had a secret compartment in his vehicle… I think everyone know what that was for.
This is not Snoop’s first run-in with the law. Prior to this year’s multiple arrest spree he’s on, he’s done the following:
Broadus was convicted in 1990 of cocaine possession and was charged with gun possession after a 1993 traffic stop. Facing three years in prison, he pleaded guilty in exchange for three years probation.
He was charged and acquitted of murder charges in 1996. An alleged gang member was killed by gunfire from a vehicle in which Broadus was traveling. Full story
Way to go Snoop… just because you’re famous you don’t think you can get busted for smoking weed?
Personally, I think the police & government should take a harder stand on marijuana references and obvious smokers (ie: Snoop, Willie Nelson, etc.). They brag about smoking it all the damn time, so why do the cops not do anything about it? Search their cars, search their damn houses and charge them with illegal possession.
